How long have you been in business?
6 years, now on our 7th in a new location in Andersonville with more than 12,000 square feet of high end dog services.
What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to work in the advertising/photography world but all I used to think of was I would rather be playing with my new puppy. So after a year of research I decided to open my own dog daycare and give other dog owners the quality of care I felt was missing in most of the places I had interviewed when I was searching for a place to take my puppy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I never wanted us to be in it for the money or to cram as many dogs as we could into our space to fill a quota, I just wanted to provide consistent quality care for our clients and their dogs. We have been very successful and about 80% of our clients have been with us for the majority of our six years and the majority of the 20% who left was due to them moving out of range. A lot of them still keep in contact and jokingly ask if we could open Bow Wow Lounge's across the country! It's great to hear that we are missed as much as we are, it is very validating.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location with NO plans of becoming a chain. I enjoy that I see each of my clients and employees everyday and I have I complete handle on the services and daily care we provide to each of our clients. If I were splitting my time between locations it would become 'just a business' and that was something I never wanted our company to be.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I run my company and though I do have shift managers, I am here myself 7 days a week making sure things are the way I would expect them to be if I were a client. Small business requires a very hands on owner and that is something I would never compromise!

7am-7pm M-F
10am-5pm Saturdays
Boarding Only on Sundays
