Bobak’s Sausage is a Chicago based company, founded in 1967. We are a USDA meat processor of Old World sausages and deli meats in Chicago, nationally and internationally and we have an on-site company store offering all the famous Bobak products and much more.
Not only do we have Old World and Contemporary sausages, but we have deli meats as well. Additionally in our company store we have a bakery that has fresh hand-made goods each day, and a hot food eatery serving delicious soups, meats, and Polish American cuisine. At Bobak's we have something for everyone!

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With just one taste you will understand why we call ourselves Sausageologists at Bobak's. All of our products are carefully hand-crafted in small batches to ensure that the best product is out there for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Bobak's is a single location, with a focus on wholesale. While we operate out of one location we are a staple in the majority of all grocery stores in Chicago.

Our Company Store primarily services the Chicagoland area, however with wholesale we are able to service all 50 states and overseas.

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m -- Saturday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m -- Sunday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m
