I purchased the agency from my father, who began the agency in 1976, and have been running the agency ever since.
My staff represents an average of 20+ years of insurance experience, with the Managing Director having over 30 years of commercial insurance experience.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
International IRM doesn't just "quote" insurance. We analyze the actual exposures of each customer to determine what their risks are. Based on an understanding of their business (or personal information), exposures and risk, we work with our prospective clients to see if we can provide a comprehensive, competitive insurance program.

We are located on Northwest Highway at the far Northwest corner of Palatine, next to the YMCA.
Which areas do you service?
We insure clients all over the country, including operations in some foreign countries, but the majority of our clients are in the Illinois/Wisconsin area.
