There would be a space of roughly one inch between the bottom of my garage door and the ground when it stopped. After a short while, the technician identified the problem and fixed it in around fifteen minutes. didn't try to sell me on any elaborate or pricey repairs—just a quick and simple tune-up, which was very appreciated.
