How long have you been in business?
I have been a lawyer since 2006. I started Everyday Legal LLC two years ago.
What is your primary product or service?
I primarily work on estate planning for individuals, couples, and families. I offer flat-fee estate planning porfolios based on wills or trusts, with documents such as Power of Attorney for Healthcare and Property, and other estate planning documents included.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Gregory Berlowitz graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law on the Dean's List and as a Harno Scholar, with a pro bono notation and a Rickert Award for Service. He clerked for a federal judge and worked in private practice before starting Everyday Legal LLC.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Everyday Legal LLC's service is personal. Meetings are in my local office or at your home. Fees are flat (not hourly), affordable and invoiced on a payment plan. Your planning portfolio includes non-legal documents helpful to family and personal lives.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location, but I visit clients in their homes and workplaces as well.

Hours are by appointment; my office is located on the second floor of the Northside Federal Bank Building on the southeast corner of Clark St. and Foster Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
All forms of payment, including checks and electronic payments.
Which areas do you service?
The north side of Chicago, including Andersonville, Uptown, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Albany Park, and other areas.

What are your hours of operation?
Normal business hours, but I also offer evening and weekend hours by appointment.
