NEUROFEEDBACK (EEG Biofeedback)
is computer-assisted training using the brainwaves. It is a painless, non-invasive treatment that has been used to treat many learning and behavior disorders including: ADD/ADHD, Learning Disorders, Autistic Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, headaches, Sleep Disorders, Addictions, PMS, and other regulatory problems.
CLINICAL STAFF
Ann Richman has a B.S. from Northwestern University in Speech and Language Pathology and an M.A. in Special Education from Northeastern University. She provided speech/language therapy in the Chicago Public Schools for many years and has over 12 years experience using neurofeedback. She is certified by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America.
Marilyn (Marty) DeBoer has a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Human Development. Post-doc training in clinical psychology includes training at the Siegel Institute for Communication Disorders, the Family Institute, and the University of Chicago Pediatric Neuropsychological Services. She has provided psychological assessment, consultation and psychotherapy at a community mental health clinic and in private practice.
