Our 16 personal trainers, two massage therapists and yoga instructor provide customized professional services to our clients at our studio or in home. Fitness assessments are required before all personal training and are also available to the public.

I realized that getting fit was fun, and I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. 23 years in Human Resource management. MS Exercise Physiology, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer truly customized training programs that incorporate corrective exercise, posture improvement, core strengthening, balance and coordination improvement, stretching, self-myofascial release, and other modalities that fit the client's individual goals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, a 4000 sw. ft. studio. We can also train clients in their homes.
