How long have you been in business?
We are a new business-we opened our doors in January of 2009!
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily specialize in Dog Daycare and Boarding. We also have a focus on the retail-end of the pet industry, selling practical products you need for your dog.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved dogs. I wanted them to have a clean and safe place to come and play!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am different in the fact that I'm not out to make millions. I won't "cram as many dogs as I can" in my space. I want people to know that I have a soft-spot in my heart for animals. I understand and respect that they're living beings, and part of people's families, not property.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. I do not want to expand into different locations, because I can only be at one. And when I'm at my place the entire time we're open, I am sure everything is getting done correctly, and the dogs are getting all of the attention and love they deserve while they're here.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, charge, and check.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and run my operations. My husband periodically helps out, and I have one staff member whom is a personal friend of mine and is amazing with dogs.
What are your hours of operation?
I am open 7 days a week, from 6:30am-7:00pm.
