How long have you been in business?
12 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Providing Oak Park & surrounding communities with daily dog walking & pet sitting in their own home for their pets when they are out of town, and as an alternative to kennels.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Always had a deep love for animals & a commitment towards providing them w/great care when their guardians are not able to be there.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide personalized care for each & every animal that we are fortunate to be associated with.
Besides owning the company & employing a great staff of pet sitters/dog walkers, my partner & I also perform a lot of the pet sitting & dog walking jobs ourselves.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We want to keep our client base small as opposed to some of the larger services.
Our main goal is to be able to maintain a very personalized relationship w/each & every one of our fur clients & their families.
We wouldn't be able to do this if we acquire thousands & thousands of pet clients.
