21 years. Spike's started the dog walking & In Home vacation side of the business in 1993, then opened the hotel in 1997.
What is your primary product or service?
Overnight care & daycare for dogs, vacation in-home care for dogs, cats & all critters, like guinea pigs,etc., daily dog walking and full service grooming for dogs & cats.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small & very personal boutique hotel for dogs; we know all dogs & pets by their names unlike our warehouse-like counterparts - we literally are their home away from home! We have a real outdoor play patio & we have an on-site manager that lives in the building 24/7!
