How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My dad started the business in 1958, and I joined him in 1966. After he retired I carried the business into other areas, including Toy Safety, Consulting & Expert Witness. I have an engineering background, and do all the company designing in 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
On a continuous basis. I specialize mostly in Toy products, but cover other areas in related consumer products.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, and no plans to expand to other locations.

N/A. Most of the companies I deal with are out of my location, and most of my work is done by phone and email.
