How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I bought my first home, banks were the only option for a mortgage. My personal banker's job was to make coffee, copies and take mortgage applications. The level of guidance and counseling told me that families deserved more and better advice when making a mortgage decision.
I have earned CPA, CFP and MBA (Univ of Chicago) designations as well as highest designations offered in the mortgage industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Educate first, honest and competitive mortgage rates and cost. Our office is at 1600 Colonial Parkway, Inverness, IL 60067
but we meet with clients at convenient locations throughout Northern Illinois.

What type of payments do you accept?
The only fee that we collect is for the appraisal. After the application is completed and terms of the mortgage are fully understood.the applicant receives a copy of all of the disclosure forms. A fee for the appraisal is requested three days after the application so that we are sure the borrower is comfortable with the process.
