How long have you been in business?
Aries has been in business serving large and small groups in Chicago and the Surrounding Suburbs since 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
Ground tranportation provider for all sizes of groups. We can provide charters, transfers and shuttles for all types of occasions or events. Whether it's a sport team needing to get to a game. weddings trying to move the wedding party and/or guests, shuttles from parking lots to festivals and much, much more - Aries Charter Transportation can make it happen. We also do over the road - around the Midwest - think of Aries for out of town sporting events, group college tours, agricultural tours, shopping at Mall of America? - and any other reason, you might want to take a group over the road.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got into the business through a previous client. He felt that I would be good in the business and kept offering me a job till I finally accepted. Many years later... I'm still the Mini-Bus Lady and loving it!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Aries is a privately owned family company and we do our best to provide personalized customer service to our suit the needs of our clients and their groups. We are small enough to take the timer to work with our clients to figure out what their needs are for transportation and large enough to provide a variety of services with our diverse fleet of mini-buses,
motor coaches and transit buses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a garage facility that serves Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We do have expansion plans!

You never have to come to us... The service we provide comes to you! But, if prior to service you wish to see a vehicle, we will be happy to set up an appointment for you to come to our facility which is located on the west side of Chicago.

Which areas do you service?
Aries serve the city of Chicago and all the surrounding suburbs with in a 30 mile radius of the city. We are also available for "road" trips to up to 500 miles from Chicago.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ralph Trevino owns Aries Charter Transportation and operates Aries Charter with his experienced staff.
What are your hours of operation?
Our vehicles are availible to provide service 24/7. Our office is opened M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We also have a 24 hour emergency phone number.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That Aries Charter drivers and office staff provided them with great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, courteous drivers and booking staff that help you figure out what is the best vehicle and time line to drivers who get the group where they are going and back in a friendly and safe manner.
