How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We operate the newest, most diverse, and best maintained fleet in the Chicago area. Our vehicles are company-owned, and our highly trained, professional chauffeurs are employees, not independent operators. Our focus has always been to provide the finest chauffeured car service available, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and discretion. Our experienced reservations and dispatch staff is available to assist you on a 24x7 basis. Over the 40 years we've been in business, we have developed strong affiliate relationships across the country and around the world, and can provide you with global travel assistance and support that can be billed to your local account. The technical systems that support our operations are state of the art, and their availability to serve you is assured by standby power systems that keep us in operation when the lights go out elsewhere.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our South Loop location currently houses both our operations and administrative functions. A satellite location may be considered should general economic conditions remain stable and current volumes trend upward.

We are located in the heart of the South Loop, one block south of 18th Street on Wabash Avenue, and six blocks from McCormick Place. Access our office from southbound Lake Shore Drive to westbound Roosevelt Road to southbound Wabash, or, from the Dan Ryan S/B I-90 94 E by exiting at 18th Street eastbound to Wabash southbound, or, from the northbound Dan Ryan I-90-94 W at Canalport Avenue eastbound, into 18th Street eastbound, and then southbound on Wabash.
What type of payments do you accept?
Accounts can be established with a Net30 payment basis, or we accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
Which areas do you service?
Our primary service area includes the four state Chicago metropolitan region, basically an arc from Benton Harbor, through South Bend, Rockford, Madison and Milwaukee. We also frequently service Kalamazoo, Lafayette, Indianapolis, Champaign/Urbana, Decatur, Springfield, Peoria and Lake Geneva. We will essentially go anywhere that you need us to go, or will make arrangements with one of our affiliate partners if it will be more convenient or economical.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tom Mulligan and Ted Milos are the owners and founders of the Company. They are still involved in daily operations, supported by a variety of other staff in Accounting, Operations and Sales.
What are your hours of operation?
We never close.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they know the difference in true quality of service, and that we not only satisfied their needs, but exceeded their expectations. For a chauffeur, this may mean someone feels comfortable enough to fall asleep during the trip, or extends an additional "thank you" at the end of service. For office staff, it can be a simple call to thank us for assisting with a special event or memorable arrangement that came off without a hitch.
