We develop convenience retail strip shopping centers for our own investment portfolio in the Chicagoland area only. We build, manage and lease them in house. Typically we buy vacant land sites zoned for retail use and which range in size from 10,000 SF to about 4 acres. We also buy exisitng centers and rehab them.
