ETC PreSchool is a non-denomination Christian Early Learning Center located in Wauconda and in Lake Zurich, Illinois. In Wauconda providing an Extended Day for children ages 2 to 5 years (6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Friday), Part-Day Preschool Classes for children ages 2 to 5 years, and before and after school care for children ages 5-10 years (including before and after kindergarten, 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.). In Lake Zurich providing part-day preschool for ages 2 to 6 years.
A curriculum has been developed to both promote knowledge and enhance creativity and discovery. “Hands-on” materials encourage a child centered, play based atmosphere in an age appropriate manner. Life skills, skills that prepare the child for kindergarten, and skills that promote sound education habits are taught. Close communication is kept between teacher and parent through newsletters, posted bulletins, and daily verbal contact.

What is your primary product or service?
ETC's primary service is providing a high quality preschool experience for your child.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
ETC is a small private business that provides a child with a safe and secure setting away from their home. The preschool offers flexible scheduling -- you choose the number of days and days of the week you want your child to attend.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
ETC is located in Lake Zurich and provides the community with part time preschool, and ETC has a full day childcare facility in Wauconda, Illinois.

ETC is located at 235 Quentin Road, however, when pulling up directions on your mobile device use the address 255 Quentin Road. Our facility is located in the back of the parking lot in a ranch style home.

ETC accepts checks for the monthly tuition payments.

ETC PreSchool is owned by Jane Fidler, and Mary Lakatos runs the daily operations of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
ETC offers “one stop shopping” for the parent and preschooler. Your two, three, four, and five year old preschooler comes to class 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The preschool also offers children 3, 4 and 5 the opportunity to stay for lunch; continue on with a day of enrichment! The enrichment classes are 45 minutes in length and begin at 12:30 p.m.
