How long have you been in business?
We have been at this location since 1988.
What is your primary product or service?
Dog and Cat grooming and bathing. Teeth brushing, medicated bath, flea bath, nail trimming and all other tasks involving pet care and upkeep. We also do non hostile rabbits and ferrets.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Other members in my family have been in the grooming industry for over 35 years and helped me to get started. I have a business background and have worked for the IRS and as a private tax preparer and consultant for 30+ years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves as being a family owned and operated grooming salon for over 20 years at the same location and having a good reputation with our clients and local veterinary services as well.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only 1 location and no plans to expand at this time.

We are at the Southeast corner of Schaumburg Road and Plum Grove Road on the second floor of the mall.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Travelers checks.
Which areas do you service?
Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Roselle, Elk Grove Village, Itasca, Bloomingdale, Streamwood, Elgin, Rolling Meadows, Arlington Heights, Hanover Park and other areas in this locale.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Laura is the owner and sometimes operator, Teri handles most of the day to day operations. Check our website for pictures & bio's

Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm Saturday 7am to 4:30pm
