How long have you been in business?
I've been an electrologist for over twenty years.
What is your primary product or service?
Electrolysis, which is the only proven method of permanent hair removal.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Like most professional electrologists, I became interested in the profession after having been a client and was so delighted with the results that I decided to enter the profession--I never looked back. I love what I do!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I'm passionate about what I do and very involved with the profession. I'm both licensed and certified (CPE) and always seeking new information that will improve the service I provide to my clients. I'm Vice President of Electrology Assn. of Illinois, and certified to teach electrolysis. I write numerous articles about elecrolysis and hair removal options on my blog at www.bestchicagoelectrolysis.com I also have a website at www.facereflections.com
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from two locations--a dermatology office in Elk Grove Village, Il and a salon/spa in Bloomingdale, IL.
