How long have you been in business?
Our animal clinic was founded in May of 1974 by Dr. Robert Going. In 1985 Dr. Richard Guelzow joined as an associate veterinarian. Upon Dr. Going's retirement in October of 1993, Dr. Guelzow became hospital director. Dr. Malitz joined the team in 2003 and became a partner in 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full-service medical and surgical facility able to provide, or arrange for, any needs that may arise. We empasize "well-pet care" through our emphasis on regular examinations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By providing very detailed, quality services with care and compassion. Excellent attention to detail and follow up care, bonding with clients and their pets.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location on the Northshore. No immediate plans for expanding. We like to keep our focus in one location to provide the best service and care for our clients and pets.
