Our mission is to provide and coordinate quality, comprehensive health and human services to children and adults in the western suburbs of Chicago, with an emphasis on those with limited access to care. We strive to reduce the financial, cultural, and language barriers that may prevent local residents in need from accessing needed medical, dental, and behavioral health care.
